Cub Scout Pack 101 proudly demonstrated the true spirit of Scouting during its Blue and Gold celebration on March 7th by taking part in the annual Scouting for Food service project. Through the collective efforts of our Cub Scouts and their families, the pack gathered an impressive 742 pounds of food, along with a $20 monetary donation, to support the Clay County Emergency Food Pantry.
This achievement reflects more than just numbers; it represents teamwork, generosity, and a shared commitment to helping neighbors in need. Our Cubs worked hard to collect donations and learned firsthand how small actions can make a meaningful difference in the community. Their enthusiasm and dedication turned a special Pack celebration into an opportunity to serve others and live out the core values of Scouting.
We are incredibly proud of Pack 101 for stepping up to support local families and for showing what it means to help other people at all times. Well done, Cubs! Your efforts truly made a difference.
