Our leadership programs offer youth a chance to develop their leadership skills and take on leadership roles in our organization. From organizing events to leading workshops, our youth leaders make a difference in our community.
This year's Annual Awards Dinner will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at the Terre Haute First Baptist Church at 6:30 pm.
Scouting awards and recognition for volunteer Scouters honor the heart and spirit behind the program, its dedicated men and women who give their time, talents, and leadership to shape the lives of young people. These honors celebrate not only years of service, but the countless moments of mentorship, encouragement, and example that help Scouts grow in character, citizenship, and fitness. From training awards and unit-level recognitions to district and council honors, each reflects a story of commitment, selflessness, and impact. By recognizing volunteer Scouters, Scouting affirms that strong programs are built on servant leadership, and that the success of every Scout is made possible by adults who believe in the values of the Scout Oath and Law and live them every day.
