2026 Event
The 2026 Outing for Scouting will take place on July 9, 2026 as a Golf Scramble with shotgun starts for each of two flights, one teeing off at 8 in the morning and the other at 1 in the afternoon.
Schedule of Events
8:00 am - Morning Flight Shotgun Start
11 - 2:30 - Lunch in the Clubhouse
1:30 pm - Afternoon Flight Shotgun Start
Each flight is limited to 100 players

Once again, the 2026 Outing for Scouting will be held at the Country Club of Terre Haute.

Individual Player - $175 ($40 tax deductible to Crossroads of America Council)
Eagle Scout Sponsor - $1,250 Includes 1 foursome, name/logo on one of our three stationary beverage and snack stations ($710 tax deductible to Crossroads of America Council)
First Class Sponsor - $800 Includes one foursome, Company name/logo at either the tee or green of a hole. ($260 tax deductible to Crossroads of America Council)
Tenderfoot Sponsor - $600 includes 1 foursome ($60 tax deductible to Crossroads of America Council)
Hole Sponsor - $300 Your company's name or logo featured at the tee or green of a hole
Scout Law Sponsor - $200 Your company's name or logo will be incorporated into sighs around the putting green.
