Fund Raising for Scouting
The Wabash Valley District is gearing up for another exciting year of Scouting, and our 2026 Popcorn Sale is the spark that fuels unforgettable adventures. Popcorn isn’t just a fundraiser; it’s a mission multiplier. Every bag sold helps Scouts camp, explore, learn, lead, and grow.
This year’s campaign theme captures the energy perfectly: “Let’s Get Poppin’, Wabash Valley!” It’s bold, fun, and built to rally Scouts, families, and the community around a shared goal of supporting youth leadership through Scouting.
To help families promote their sale, each Scout can access a personalized QR code through the Trails End app. A customizable handout template is available to make sharing easy and professional.

- Product Delivery — Popcorn arrives for unit pickup. Leaders coordinate distribution so Scouts can fulfill customer orders quickly.
- Show & Sell — Units host storefront booths and community sales events to maximize visibility and revenue.
- Final Orders Due — Units submit their closing orders to ensure accurate inventory and delivery.
- Wrap-Up & Rewards — Scouts receive recognition, prizes, and incentives based on their sales achievements.
